This March, there will be an invasion of 25 outsiders in New Orleans. However, YOU decide who gets the all expenses paid trip as part of the NOLAbound program. Hold up, let me explain. Yes, the selected 25 ‘well-connected individuals from across the country within four targeted business sectors—arts-based businesses, biosciences, digital media, and sustainable industries’—will get to weigh in on New Orleans and its entrepreneurial community.

And the process will bare it all. The world can witness this multifaceted experiment-of-sorts through NOLAbound’s website and participants’ own social media networks.Their opinions might be…valid, uplifting, insightful, profitable, or harsh (who-knows), but they will be shared unfiltered and in real-time. So decide if someone like Alicia Le’Von Boone, Brooklyn Museum’s natural arts & culture connector and/or Atlanta-based Brett Goodson, a cost-effective hybrid vehicle battery developer should come on down!

Before January is over, choose! It’s simple: go to www.benolabound.com and look over the applicants in each section and ‘like’ or ‘tweet’ about the ones you’d like to have participate. The top buzzing applicants will be to be NOLA bound.
It’s great to note: And if you aren’t interested in keeping up with the March 14-18, 2012 trip, a documentary will be created and premiered in October 2012 too!
